  rather than trying to mask them.

- Fixed some string variable handling problems, when a string variable
  isn't set by a /LET it is left with a s_str field equal to NULL,
  some other portions of the code didn't check for this case before
  doing strlen(), etc.

-Fixed /MAP(1;b;a[0],a[1]) so it actually works now.
-Arrays keys are: nameofarray[arrayindex]
-got rid of all the SIXTEENS, put SMALL_LINE_BUFFER in their place.

Big sync, might actually begin using the cvs after this revision.
