   15: Technique achieves the goal of interpretation when:

   20: <li>the rhythm is under precise control</li>

   23: Technique is grounded in absolute values.  Technical control
   24: must be total and knowledge of the music must be complete in
   25: terms of formal and harmonic structure.

   28: Interpretation comes from relative values.  The taste, style, and
