deprecated both in terms of utility and existence; rpm generation is now smooth
so that tracking the file listings is no longer necessary; krb4 will eventually
be replaced with krb5-compatible-with-4; redhat 7.* mysql rpms work well
with CPAN distributions unlike redhat 6.* rpms; systemperl is becoming
deprecated in favor of auto-installing binaries specific for each CPAN
distribution
