- Use Crypt::CBC->new(-pass => $privkey, -cipher => 'Crypt::DES') to create
  cipher in all cases. [Default cipher in Crypt::CBC was changed from
  Crypt::DES to Crypt::Cipher::AES between v2 and v3 by module author.]
