Up to [LON-CAPA] / loncom / cron

- Run Autocreate.pl (once nightly, by default) - will only create courses in a domain when:
  (a) run on the primary library server in the domain.
  (b) if domain configuration has been set to include Automated Course Creation from
      /home/httpd/perl/tmp/addcourse/$dom/auto/pending (XML) or from courserequestqueue.db
      (official courses requiring validation).
