Added Hon-Kie's summer development machine.
Overwrote Gerd's additional information because the makefile complains and
we haven't gotten around to fixing that yet (and I needed to add Hon-Kie).

Adding domain description.

Domain description is now a required field in the table, but does only have
to be provided once per domain. If additional parameters are added to
hosts.tab, one will need to insert a blank entry ("::") before them if no
domain description is present.
