- Support editing of drawimage tag with "colorful" editor, and add Draw Image
  tag to any "Insert:" dropdown lists which currently include img tag.

added implementation for print element (print only block using HTML instead of LaTeX)

- Update online help items displayed in colorful editor, and also on problem
template selection screen (shown when creating a new problem) in response to
changes in doc/help/author.manual.texxml rev. 1.21 (6/26).
  (Authoring manual reorganized to include a "Problem Types in LON-CAPA"
   section). Side effect was transfer of most of the content in:
   - Custom_Response_Problems.tex (rev 1.7) and in
   - Math_Response_Problems.tex (rev. 1.40)
  to two new files:
   - Custom_Response_Problem_Creation.tex
   - Creating_Math_Response_Problems.tex

Added "external reponse" to "insert" dropdown-list in colourful-editor

Consistent colors in colorful editor:
- Response blocks
  (same green for all resposne blocks; green a bit softer)
- "Collection of foils" (foil group)
  (same orange also for image response foils)
- "Collection of similar foils" (concept group)
  (same yellow also for image response foil groups; slightly adjusted yellow to allow better distinguish from text block)
- "Foil"
  (same violet also for image response foils)

Optimized colors in colorful editor:
- Less aggressive colors:
    - "Single Line Text Entry Area": still blue but lighter
    - "Parameters for a response"/"Parameters for a part":  still pink but lighter

Optimized colors and borders in simple (course) and standard (author) problem editor:
  - Lighter colors to enhance contrast and let the screen appear less aggressive
    (main and inner background, foils)
  - Thinner border for problem boxes

Adaptive hint conditions for reactionresponse and organicresponse.
