- Although each is blank, LON-CAPA install uses these files to set correct
  permissions/ownership (loncapafiles.lpml rev. 1.947), in corresponding
  files in /home/httpd/lonTabs, which are updated by loncron for use by
  Read_Connect_Config() and Read_Host_Types() in lonssl.pm.
  (LON-CAPA SSL certificate settings differentiated between nodes in
  same domain, same "internet" domain, and neither).
