- Updated ckeditor to 4.22.1. (see build-config.js in tarball for build.

 - Languages: ar, de, en, es, fa, fr, he, ja, pt, pt-br, ru, tr, zh
   (same as for LON-CAPA -- loncom/localize/localize/*.pm)
 - Removed deprecated wsc (Web Spell Checker) included in 4.4.7 and previous;
   use scayt (Spell Check As You Type) instead.
