1.1     ! raeburn     1: The login page can be customized for your domain, by:

        !            23: \item Backgrond colors for the page itself, the main panel, and the left
        !            24: (side) panel. 
        !            25: \item Text color used for text on the page
        !            26: \item Enable/disable display of three links:

        !            29: \item Course Catalog, for a catalog of courses; 
        !            30: \item Admin E-mail, for the e-mail address of the administrator; 
        !            31: \item New User, for users to create their own accounts.

        !            34: active, visited or default (if neither apply).
