Convenince labels added to the top of each file to assist in creating
index-type help files for things like the XML editor screen (where
there's nothing to hook help to).

    5: The Author Remote Control is a separate window in your browser, and is automatically
    6: sized and placed in the upper left of the screen. The Remote Control is a

   17: When you move your mouse over the buttons in the remote, the sixteen gray
   18: boxes will show a reminder of what that button does.
