New plot help.

    3: Three of the more basic tags are \textbf{title}, \textbf{xlabel}, and 
    4: \textbf{ylabel}.  Their size and color depend on the values chosen for the
    5: font size and graph foreground color specified in the \textbf{gnuplot}

    7: of the various labels.
