cleanup and formatting with a few clarifications

    1: \label{Authoring_Dynamic_Plot_Title_X_Y_Label}

    3: Three of the more basic tags are \textbf{title}, \textbf{xlabel}, and 
    4: \textbf{ylabel}.  Their size and color depend on the values chosen for the
    5: font size and graph foreground color specified in the \textbf{gnuplot} tag.
