Edited a bunch of help files and added many new ones so the cc manual no contains everything that my Training Guide contains. Next step is to edit the files for readability and consistancy in format.

    3: Click RES on the Remote Control or the Main Menu to browse the LON-CAPA
    4: resource pool. This is the same interface used when importing a document
    5: into your course documents except that you only have permissions to
    6: view the resources, not select them for importing. Note that at the
    7: top of the Resource Space Screen there are some options you can select.
    8: For example, selecting ''Title'' will show you the titles from
    9: the metadata from each problem. Selecting ''All versions'' will
   10: show you all the versions of the resource which are saved whenever
   11: the resource was republished.
