                      3: A user can add an announcement to the calendar by clicking \textbf{CLDR} on the
1.3     ! bowersj2    4: remote control. The \textbf{Announcements and Calendar} screen will open. Using
1.2       bowersj2    5: the pull down menus click on the Starting time and the Ending
                      6: time. Type the announcement in text box and click Post
1.1       bowersj2    7: Announcement. The announcement will now appear on the specific date(s)
                      8: on the calendar. Today's announcements will also show up on the Roles
                      9: screen, next to the respective courses, and on the Course Syllabus
                     10: page.
