1.4     ! vandui11    3: To add an announcement to the calendar, do the following:

        !             7: \item Select \textbf{CLDR} on the Remote Control or Main Menu.

        !             9: the pull-down menus, choose a starting time and an ending
        !            10: time. 
        !            11: \item Type the announcement in the text box and click teh \fbox{Post
        !            12: Announcement} button. The announcement will now appear on the specific date(s)
        !            13: on the calendar. Today's announcements will also show up on the \textbf{Roles}
        !            14: screen, next to the respective courses, and on the \textbf{Syllabus}
        !            15: screen.
