Bug #1774: explain yellow background

    3: To add an announcement to the calendar, do the following:

    7: \item Select \textbf{CLDR} on the Remote Control or Main Menu.
    8: \item Using
    9: the pull-down menus, choose a starting time and an ending
   10: time. 
   11: \item Type the announcement in the text box and click the {[}Post
   12: Announcement{]} button. The announcement will now appear on the specific date(s)
   13: on the calendar. Today's announcements has a yellow background. It will also show up on the \textbf{Roles}
   14: screen, next to the respective courses, and on the \textbf{Syllabus}
   15: screen as the date approaches.
