Updates to a few files for the Course Instructor manual.

    3: A user can add an announcement to the calendar by clicking \textbf{CLDR} on the
    4: remote control. The Announcements and Calendar screen will open. Using
    5: the pull down menus click on the Starting time and the Ending
    6: time. Type the announcement in text box and click Post
    7: Announcement. The announcement will now appear on the specific date(s)
    8: on the calendar. Today's announcements will also show up on the Roles
    9: screen, next to the respective courses, and on the Course Syllabus
   10: page.
