Edited a bunch of help files and added many new ones so the cc manual no contains everything that my Training Guide contains. Next step is to edit the files for readability and consistancy in format.

To add an announcement to the calendar, do the following: 

\begin{enumerate}

\item Select \textbf{CLDR} on the Remote Control or Main Menu.
\item Using
the pull-down menus, choose a starting time and an ending
time. 
\item Type the announcement in the text box and click teh{[}Post
Announcement{]} button. The announcement will now appear on the specific date(s)
on the calendar. Today's announcements will also show up on the \textbf{Roles}
screen, next to the respective courses, and on the \textbf{Syllabus}
screen.
