    3: To remove an announcement from the calendar, do the following:

   10: \item On the \textbf{Announcements and Calendar} screen 
   11: scroll down to view the calendar shown on the
   12: screen. 
   13: \item If the announcement is in the current month, then check the box
   14: next to the announcement. If the announcement is not in the current
   15: month, then use the \underline{Previous Month} and \underline{Next Month} links to move to the
   16: correct month. 
   17: \item After you have selected the announcement to be removed, click
   18: \fbox{Remove Checked Entries}.
