\item At the \textbf{Communication and Message} screen, select \textbf{Broadcast Message to Course}.	\textbf{Send and display messages} on the Main Menu.

\item If this is a critical message, check ``send as a critical message'' \ref{Course_Critical_Message}.	\textbf{New Broadcast Message}.
