A Broadcast Message is sent to all members of a course.
To send a Broadcast Message to the course, do the following:

\item Select \textbf{Messages} on the Inline Menu or 
\includegraphics[width=0.03\paperwidth]{com}
\textbf{Send and display messages} on the Main Menu.
\item At the \textbf{Communication/Messages} screen, select 
\includegraphics[width=0.03\paperwidth]{mail-reply-all}
\textbf{New Broadcast Message}.
\item Select the students to receive the message.
\item Add any additional recipients.
\item Type your message in the text box.
\item If this is a critical message, check ``Send as a critical message, '' see \ref{Course_Critical_Message}.
\item Click \textbf{Send}.
