Add these files.

    2: To modify a user's privileges, do the following:

    6: \item Click \textbf{CUSR} on the remote control.
    7: \item At the \textbf{Create User, Change User Privileges} screen under
    8:   the heading \textbf{Set Individual User Roles}, type the username in the textbox.

   10: \textbf{Note}: If you don't know the username, click the \textbf{Select User} link and a window 
   11: will open with a list of all the users in the course. Select a User.

   13: \item Click the \textbf{User Role} button.

   15: \textbf{Note}: At the \textbf{Change User Privileges} screen the user's existing roles and 
   16: available roles are listed.

   18: \item Click the box next to the roles you wish to revoke or add to the user. If 
   19: your adding roles input the group/section if applicable and the starting/ending 
   20: dates for the roll.
   21: \item Click \textbf{Modify user}.
