Checking in .tex files for help system, converted from help.loncapa.org . (Will fix
LPML later.)

You can get the information from the chart into Excel or similar
spreadsheets by cutting and pasting the chart into a file on your
machine. You can then import that file into Excel, though it will take
some tweaking of the import parameters to get it to work correctly.
