Saving work on chapter 19 of cc manual.

   12: Course Coordinators affiliated with the course who happen to have their chat window open while inside their LON-CAPA course.

   14: \item Click the \fbox{Post Anonymous} or \fbox{Post} button.

   18: \textbf{Note}: If the user chooses to post anonymously, only the course faculty will see the name of the person who posted. Certain emoticons are supported, along with LATEX.
