Updates to the help, added new file.

To use the course chat feature do the following:

\begin{enumerate}

\item Click \textbf{CHAT} on the remote control.
\item Type the message in the new window's text box.
\item Click \textbf{Post Anonymous} or \textbf{Post}. 

\end{enumerate}

Note: If the user chooses to post anonymously only the course faculty will see
their name.

Certain smilies and frownies are supported along with LATEX.
