1.1     ! bowersj2    1: A ``Critical Message'' is a message that will appear immediately after the
        !             2: recipient user logs in. The user must acknowlege receipt to continue.

        !             4: To send a Critical Message, push the \textbf{COM} button on the remote
        !             5: to get to the Communication screen. On each of the message sending
        !             6: screens (\textbf{Send message to user(s)}, \textbf{Broadcase message
        !             7: to course}, and \textbf{Upload message to course}), there are two
        !             8: checkboxes, \textbf{Send as critical message} and \textbf{Send as
        !             9:   critical message and return receipt}.
        !            10: 
        !            11: \textbf{Send as critical message} will send this message as a critical
        !            12: message. \textbf{Send as critical message and return receipt} will
        !            13: send the message as a critical message, but additionally return a
        !            14: message to you each time a user acknowleges receipt of the message.
