1.1       bowersj2    2: A ``Critical Message'' is a message that will appear immediately after the
                      3: recipient user logs in. The user must acknowlege receipt to continue.

                      5: To send a Critical Message, push the \textbf{COM} button on the remote
                      6: to get to the Communication screen. On each of the message sending
                      7: screens (\textbf{Send message to user(s)}, \textbf{Broadcase message
                      8: to course}, and \textbf{Upload message to course}), there are two
                      9: checkboxes, \textbf{Send as critical message} and \textbf{Send as
                     10:   critical message and return receipt}.

                     12: \textbf{Send as critical message} will send this message as a critical
                     13: message. \textbf{Send as critical message and return receipt} will
                     14: send the message as a critical message, but additionally return a
                     15: message to you each time a user acknowleges receipt of the message.
