Updates to a few files for the Course Instructor manual.

    2: A ``Critical Message'' is a message that will appear immediately after the
    3: recipient user logs in. The user must acknowledge receipt to continue; it
    4: is not possible to use the rest of LON-CAPA until they do so.

    6: To send a Critical Message, push the \textbf{COM} button on the remote
    7: to get to the Communication screen. On each of the message sending
    8: screens (\textbf{Send message to user(s)}, \textbf{Broadcast message
    9: to course}, and \textbf{Upload message to course}), there are two
   10: checkboxes, \textbf{Send as critical message} and \textbf{Send as
   11:   critical message and return receipt}.

   13: \textbf{Send as critical message} will send this message as a critical
   14: message. \textbf{Send as critical message and return receipt} will
   15: send the message as a critical message, but additionally return a
   16: message to you each time a user acknowledges receipt of the message.
