Reduce the size of the cprv.png icon in the PDF version of the course coordinator manual.

To modify the class list, you must be the Course Coordinator for that
class and do the following: 

\begin{enumerate}
 
\item Click "Manage course users" (\includegraphics{cprv}
\textbf{CUSR}) on the Main Menu, or the Remote Control (if used).
\item Click the \underbar{Drop Students} link.
\item Page opens with list of students with current access to your course.  Click the boxes next to the names of the students you wish to drop.
\item Click the \fbox{Drop Students} button to finish.
