1.2       raeburn    18: The screen will display the privileges set, and available to assign to this role.

                     20: When creating a new role, buttons are available to use privileges which apply to 
                     21: standard predefined roles in the system (Course Coordinator, Instructor, Teaching Assistant etc.)
                     22: as a starting point for assigning privileges to the new role.
