In the Course Environment. Access the Course Environment through \textbf{PARM},
and then \textbf{Set Course Environment}. 

For each Feedback type you can
specify a comma separated list of ``username:domain'', for example,
``fred:msu,susie:ohiou''. Check \textbf{Set} next to the new entries, and
store. The new settings will take effect when entering the course the
next time.
