- Show appropriate user management help for the user's context (i.e., domain,
  author or course), and user's permissions (i.e., edit or view privilege).

    3: Each domain can define custom course roles for use on an ad hoc basis
    4: by helpdesk personnel so they can assist faculty and students.

    6: A domain coordinator names these custom ad hoc roles, the privileges
    7: assigned to them, and which helpdesk personnel may temporarily acquire
    8: them.

   10: The course owner (i.e., the Course Coordinator for whom a course was
   11: created) can override the availability of any of a domain's ad hoc
   12: roles in a course, and can also modify the privileges conferred by each
   13: role.

   15: Course owners can override ad hoc role settings within their courses
   16: via People $>$ Users $>$ Helpdesk Access. Each ad hoc role defined in
   17: the course's domain will receive a tab.

   27: \item In the Role usage box, check the ``Set here in course'' radio
   28:       button to override the domain defaults for which helpdesk personnel
   29:       can use the role. Select one of the following options:

   42:       column for any of the course level privileges which should differ from
   43:       the default set by a domain coordinator.  Checking this box will disable
   44:       the privilege if it is included in the domain defaults, but enable it if
   45:       it is not included in the domain defaults.
