Fixes, moved spreadsheet manual to course manual title page

To get an overview of how well the students are perfoming their
homework in a course, select the \textbf{Course Coordinator} or
\textbf{Instructor} role for the course, and press the \textbf{CHRT}
button in the remote.

The numbers indicate how many attempts it took that student to get the
homework correct. The green numbers indicate the number of problems a
student solved per sequence. The blue numbers indicate the total
number of problems solved out of the total number of problems for the
complete course.
