Checking in .tex files for help system, converted from help.loncapa.org . (Will fix
LPML later.)

You can access all messages using the \textbf{COM} button. Unread messages will
be displayed to you immediately. In addition, on the \textbf{NAV} page, you see
a letter symbol next to any resource for which you received unread
feedback messages.
