1.1       bowersj2    1: To modify student data the user must be the Course Coordinator for the course.
                      2:

1.1       bowersj2    4: \item At the \textbf{User Roles} screen, select the role \textbf{Course
                      5:   Coordinator} for the desired course.
                      6: \item Clink \textbf{ENRL} on the remote control. 
                      7: \item At the \textbf{Enrollment Manager} screen, click the 
                      8:   \textbf{Modify Student Data} link. The screen will then display the
                      9:   current class list. (The user may also use the pull down menu to
                     10:   display previously enrolled or any enrollment status for the class.) 
                     11: \item Select a username to modify the student's information. The
                     12:   screen will display the student name and data. 
                     13: \item Modify the student data. 
                     14: \item Click \textbf{Submit Modification}.
