small text changes today/couple of typos, a little re-wording.

    3: To modify student data, the user must be the Course Coordinator for the course and do the following:

    7: \item Select \textbf{ENRL} on the Remote Control or Main Menu. 
    8: \item At the \textbf{Enrollment Manager} screen, click the 
    9:   \underbar{Modify student data} link. The screen will then display the
   10:   current class list. (The user may also use the pull down menu to
   11:   display previously enrolled or any other enrollment status for the class.) 
   12: \item Select a username to modify the student's information. The
   13:   screen will display the student name and his or her data. 
   14: \item Modify the student data. 
   15: \item Click the \fbox{Submit Modification} button to finish.
