                      2: This panel lets you set various options for the generation of PDF files.

        !             4: \item Allow problems to be split over pages (default is ``no'')
        !             5: \item Suppress number of tries in printing (default is ``no'')
        !             6: \item Default paper type (default is letter, i.e., 8 1/2x11 in).

        !            10: Whenever you set at least one item, in the "Print header format" it eliminates display
        !            11: of LON-CAPA's default header.  In the "Print header format" select what you would like to enter.

        !            16: A ``substitution'' item means whatever you chose from the dropdown list will be included

        !            22: A ``text'' item means the text you enter in the textbox will be included in the header.
