                      2: This panel lets you set various options for the generation of PDF files.

                      4: \item Allow problems to be split over pages (default is ``no'')
                      5: \item Suppress number of tries in printing (default is ``no'')
                      6: \item Default paper type (default is letter, i.e., 8 1/2x11 in).
                      7: \item Print header format (default is ``name'' ``course description'' on first header line,
                      8: resource/folder title on second header line).

1.4     ! raeburn    10: Whenever you set at least one item, in the ``Print header format'' it eliminates display
        !            11: of LON-CAPA's default header.  In the ``Print header format'' select what you would like to enter.  
1.2       raeburn    12: There are two types of item:

                     16: A ``substitution'' item means whatever you chose from the dropdown list will be included
                     17: with the value appropriate for that student.  The choices are: student name, course ID or
                     18: assignment note.

                     22: A ``text'' item means the text you enter in the textbox will be included in the header.

                     25: You can enter as many of each type of item as you like (although you are only offered
                     26: ``New'' substitution item or a ``New'' Text item each time -- to enter many you need to add
                     27: one, click ``Save Changes'' then add another etc.)
