Updates to a few files for the Course Instructor manual.

    1: \label{Course_Student_Work}
    2: To see how a specific student did on a specific problem, or to view
    3: the correct answer for a given student and problem, \textbf{NAV}igate
    4: to the problem in question and hit \textbf{SUBM} (Submission). This
    5: will display a menu allowing you to choose a student. After you select the student of interest,
    6: LON-CAPA will show all previous submissions that the student made. For
    7: problems that are on pages, the \textbf{SUBM} button will not be on the remote
    8: control but above the actual problem. The \textbf{SUBM} function will
    9: also show the correct solution for that student, as well as a dump of
   10: all variable values if the problem has a script area.
