Updates to a few files for the Course Instructor manual.

\label{Docs_Adding_Course_Doc}There are four ways you can add a new document
to your course:

\begin{itemize}
\item Upload a document from your harddrive such as Powerpoint presentations or
PDF files (\ref{Docs_Uploading_From_Harddrive}),
\item Import a document from the LON-CAPA network (\ref{Docs_Importing_LON-CAPA_Resource}),
\item Add an external resource (\ref{Docs_Adding_External_Resource}), or
\item Create a document from a prepared template (\ref{Docs_Creating_From_Template}).
\end{itemize}
You can also group documents into folders for structure (\ref{Docs_Adding_Folders})
or add a \textbf{Navigate Content} page, which puts a resource into the course
which will display the same screen the \textbf{NAV} displays. This can make
a good first page for the course.

Changes made to the Course Documents, such as changing the order or adding
new resources, will be visible next time you \textbf{Re-Initialize} with the button
that will appear on the DOCs screen, or next time you login, which ever comes first.
So if you want to see the changes in the course itself, be sure to \textbf{Re-Initialize}
first.
