Saving work on updating help files.

    4: \textbf{Syllabus} adds a traditional syllabus template page, which can be filled out
    5: with standard syllabus information. To create a syllabus using the syllabus 
    6: template, do the following:

   10: \item Select \textbf{Course Contents} on the Inline Menu or 
   11: \includegraphics[width=0.03\paperwidth]{docs}
   12: \textbf{Edit course contents}
   13: within Main Menu. 
   14: \item At the \textbf{Course Editor} screen within the 
   15: \textbf{Main Course Documents} tab, 
   16: click \fbox{Published Resources}
   17: at the buttom of the screen.

   19: \textbf{Syllabus}.

   21: \item Click the \fbox{re-initializing course} button to make changes active for the current session.

   23: NOTE: The file will appear in the main course document list, where the user
   24: can move, rename, or remove it. If the user does not click \fbox{re-initialize
   25: course} the changes will become active the next time the user logs in.

   27: \item Click the \underbar{Syllabus} link listed in the \textbf{Document} column.
   28: \item At the \textbf{Syllabus} screen, fill out the various syllabus
   29: information. For more information about using LON-CAPA's templated
   30: text entry system, please see \ref{Docs_Editing_Templated_Pages}.
   31: \item Click the \textbf{Save} button to save your changes.

   37: If your syllabus is already anywhere on the web (in or outside of
   38: LON-CAPA), you can specify the URL for inclusion in the bottom field
