        !             2: To check or set the versions of your resouces, do the following:

        !             7: \item Click the \fbox{Check/Set Resource Versions} button at the top of
        !             8: the \textbf{Course Documents} screen to see which resources have been updated over a specific

        !            13: NOTE:  When you import a resource, you get
        !            14: the most current resource by default. By using the Check/Resource Version tool,
        !            15: you can lock all of your resources in their current versions. You can
        !            16: also view which changes have occured in a particular time frame by
        !            17: choosing a This Time Frame from the drop-down box and clicking
        !            18: the \fbox{Display} button. From here, you can choose to lock one
        !            19: or more individual resources in place. LON-CAPA recommends that you use
        !            20: the default settings to keep all resources up-to-date because most
        !            21: resource changes are improvements by their authors.
