! 2: To check or set the versions of your resouces, do the following:
! 3:
! 4: \begin{enumerate}
! 5:
! 6: \item Select \textbf{DOCS} on the Remote Control or Main Menu.
! 7: \item Click the \fbox{Check/Set Resource Versions} button at the top of
! 8: the \textbf{Course Documents} screen to see which resources have been updated over a specific
! 9: time frame.
! 10:
! 11: \end{enumerate}
! 12:
! 13: NOTE: When you import a resource, you get
! 14: the most current resource by default. By using the Check/Resource Version tool,
! 15: you can lock all of your resources in their current versions. You can
! 16: also view which changes have occured in a particular time frame by
! 17: choosing a This Time Frame from the drop-down box and clicking
! 18: the \fbox{Display} button. From here, you can choose to lock one
! 19: or more individual resources in place. LON-CAPA recommends that you use
! 20: the default settings to keep all resources up-to-date because most
! 21: resource changes are improvements by their authors.
