- Add help file for Course Roster item in "Collaboration" tab of Course Editor
- Add some icons for use in contextual help and manuals.
- Tables in parameter setting screens replaced * with a wrench icon.

    2: A student-viewable course roster can be enabled in two ways:

    5: \item Including a Course Roster item within the Course Contents 
    6: using the Course Editor.  If you add a student-viewable course roster using the
    7: Course Editor you must also use ``Edit'' to set whether
    8: students enrolled in your course are listed by default.
    9: \item Using the \textbf{Classlists and staff listing} item in Course Settings to set
   10: student-viewable classlist options which include a viewable classlist.

   13: For the first method proceed as follows:

   15: \item Select the \textbf{Course Editor} from the online menu.
   16: \item Select the \textbf{Collaboration} tab.
   17: \item Select the ``Course Roster'' item.
   18: \item Click the 'Edit' link, and set 'Student-viewable roster settings'
   19: One of: 'Classlist of all sections' or Classlist of viewer's section needs to be selected 
   20: for the classlist to be accessible to students.

   47: You can choose whether student's individually need to opt-in to be displayed in the student-viewable roster.

   49: When display of a student-viewable roster is enabled in a course, a student's inline menu
   50: will include a \textbf{People} item.  If display is not enabled that item will be absent.
