- Renaming Dropbox.tex as Docs_Dropbox.tex for consistency with other
  contextual help items for Course Editor.

A dropbox is used for students to upload files for grading. When students upload as a draft,
the file is placed in their portfolio space and not yet submitted. They may upload newer files
before time for submission. If they have saved a draft they must return to the dropbox before
the due date and select a file for submission.
