Any resource from the LON-CAPA network that you have permission to use
can be imported into your course documents, provided you are the Course Coordinator. All
resources from the LON-CAPA network can also be imported.
To import a resource, do the following:
\begin{enumerate}
\item At the \textbf{User Roles} screen, select the role \textbf{Course Coordinator}.
\item Select \textbf{Course Editor} on the Inline Menu or

\textbf{Edit course contents}
within Main Menu.
\item At the \textbf{Course Editor} screen, click \fbox{Published Resources}
at the buttom of the screen.
\item Click on
\includegraphics[width=0.03\paperwidth]{res}
\textbf{Import}.
The \textbf{Browse Published Resources} screen will open with a view of the
LON-CAPA network. Navigate to find the desired resource.
NOTE: If you don't know exactly what resource(s) you want, click on
\includegraphics[width=0.03\paperwidth]{src}
\textbf{Search}.
to pull up the LON-CAPA search interface.
\item Check the boxes next to the resources you wish to import.
\item Click the \fbox{Import} button at the top of the screen.
\item When selecting more than one document, you can re-arrange the order. Prior to insertion into the course
document sequence, click the \fbox{Continue Import} button to collect more resources, or to cancel the process. Click the \fbox{Finish Import} button to add the resources to
your course documents.

NOTE: Your new resources will be visible the next time you log in, or by
\fbox{re-initializing course}.
