corrected my mistake of changing load up to upload. now reads fill

    3: You can load all the resources from an existing LON-CAPA sequence into
    4: the current folder in your \textbf{Course Documents} area. This allows
    5: you to easily fill a folder with existing resources, and
    6: subsequently manipulate the folder, such as by deleting or reordering

    9: Note: If you have no intention of changing the order, it's easier
   10: to directly load the sequence using the \textbf{Import} button.

   12: Load a map's resources into the current folder by doing the following:
