Pulling updates from help.loncapa.org.

This brings the CVS repository up to date with the work Jay-Lynne has done,
*except* for the stuff on the DOCs screen, which as mentioned in the
meeting will require a bit of programming work.

A \textbf{Navigate Content} page will display the exact same page as the
\textbf{NAV} button on the remote control. This page displays the resources in
the Main Course Sequence. They are the documents the user will use the
navigation controls to move through, and makeup the course
itself. Putting a Navigate Content page allows you to place that
screen on the sequence the students will see. Some instructors like to
use this as the first page in the course.
