        !             3: A \textbf{Score Upload Form} is a page in LON-CAPA that stands in for a score in an
        !             4: assignment external to LON-CAPA. You can insert a Score Upload Form into
        !             5: your course, and use it to enter student's scores for an exam, project, or
        !             6: any other assignment. The easiest way to do this is via the \textbf{PGRD} score
        !             7: upload screen, which allows you to upload a CSV file containing student's
        !             8: scores.
